Saw Palmetto is a palm native to the southeastern United States. It is commonly used in supplements to support prostate health, and other conditions that may affect older men. While it is believed to have multiple benefits, it's most commonly used as a treatment for BPH, benign prostatic hypertrophy.

BPH, a condition also known as Enlarged Prostate, is a common condition in older men.
