Shipping and Return Policy
Most orders within the continental United States are shipped via UPS or USPS. If there are any delays in processing your order, you will be notified. Normal delivery within the continental United States is approximately 3 to 10 business days. For orders shipped to destinations in the Continental United States We offer flat Rate Shipping of $6.95 On all orders below $49.99 and Free Shipping on orders $49.99 and up.
To be eligible for "Same Day Shipping," the item(s) must be in stock and the order must be received NO LATER THAN 12PM Eastern. Back-orders and orders arriving after 12PM may be subject to a delay in shipping time. Please understand, If we can get your order out same day it will be shipped even if placed after the cut off, our mission is to keep you satisfied.

1. SHIPPING POLICY
You can trust that your order will be quickly processed and safely delivered.
We ship our products via UPS or USPS, and utilize flat rate pricing that varies depending on the order total and based on certain products.
We also offer a delivery confirmation with required signature option, at an additional cost of $5 to the base shipping rate. This option is available at checkout. In the event of a lost or undelivered package, we will only be able to send (1) replacement without the addition of the Confirmation of Delivery option.
If the billing address and the shipping address on your order are different, we will contact you via phone and email. If we are unable to contact you within 7 days of the order date we will cancel the order.
Items in stock will typically ship out in 2-3 days on average. Due to high demand some orders may take up to 6 days. This is of course at peak times. We strive to get orders out same or next day. Check out our testimonials page and see what others are saying about our shipping!
a. Shipping Charges
Our shipping charges are determined by the weight of your order and shipping method selected, excluding applicable sales tax.
b. International Orders
Some products cannot be shipped to international destinations so please submit a message to us from the Contact Us page if you would like to discuss international ordering options.
c. Holiday Shipping
During the weeks of Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years, shipping may be delayed. We will work to get everything shipped out as quickly as possible, but we adhere to the schedule of the shipping companies.
2. RETURN, EXCHANGE POLICY, CANCELLATIONS
Our goal is to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchase.
Okay, so we're pretty confident that you will be thoroughly satisfied with the products you receive from us, but we understand that occasionally this isn't the case. DNDFDirect is dedicated to ensuring you are pleased with the product you purchase from us. Please email us at email@example.com within 30 days of purchase in order to approve a return, this email is checked daily so you will receive a quick response. Once approved, we will provide complete instructions on how to handle the return.
The product should be in its original unopened packaging. Sorry we do not offer refunds on opened products.
A return slip will be provided for you, please return the items in the box they were originally shipped in, or a box of similar size. Return shipping cost will be deducted from refunded amount. (Carriers charge based on package size and weight, so using the original shipping box will allow us to most accurately estimate shipping cost.)
Though we take great care to safely pack your order, merchandise may get damaged when shipped. If this is the case please contact us within 24 hours of receipt at firstname.lastname@example.org so that we can resolve the issue quickly for you. Providing photographs of the damages may be necessary and will expedite the process in order to replace your damaged item. Please remember to keep the box and packing material the merchandise arrived in. During the investigation the carrier may need to contact the receiver of the package for more information, your cooperation is appreciated as it will improve the resolution time. Your satisfaction is what we care about. We can replace the merchandise or issue a refund once the damaged item claim has been approved with the carrier, or the item has been returned to us.
If you would like to cancel your order, you can do so provided that the order has not yet been shipped. If the item you want to cancel has been shipped, the order cannot be canceled.
Some carriers offer a package intercept option, at an additional fee. If you would like us to have the package returned to us prior to delivery, we can submit an intercept request. Once the package has been returned to us, we will issue a refund, minus the cost of the intercept fee, return shipping fee, and the cost of original shipping.
If your package is not able to be delivered by the carrier for any reason beyond our control and it is returned to us we offer the following options :
- We can refund your purchase minus the original cost of shipping and a $10 return fee
- We can ship your package a second time for our flat rate fee of $6.95. If we ship your package a second time, and it is returned a second time, we will refund your original purchase minus the original cost of shipping and a $20 return fee.
** Please understand once we send out your package, we are unable to control delivery time or carrier release instructions.
Please ensure all shipping address information is accurate. We directly transfer this information to our shipping label. We are not responsible for a package that is delivered to a wrong address due to incorrect or incomplete shipping address information.
If you choose to return your product for any reason beyond our service and delivery of the product, we offer a full refund minus the original shipping costs, and return shipping costs for product returned within 30 days of purchase. The product should be in its original unopened packaging. Sorry we do not offer refunds on opened products. If a package is requested to be intercepted, that cost will also be removed from the refunded amount. Please understand, we are not profiting from these fees, they are being charged to us return your items.
Once the items have been received, and inspected, a return will be issued within 5 business days, pending confirmation from the return shipping company of the shipment cost.
If a second order for the same product is placed, processed, and shipped to the same address, and then a return is requested there will be an additional $15 restocking fee assessed to the refund. Returns must be shipped freight prepaid.
This only includes returns requested by the customer unrelated to our delivery of the product.
