DIRECTIONS: Mix 1 level scoop with 3-6 oz. of water and drink immediately, 30-45 minutes before training, and determine tolerance. If desired, after tolerance has been assessed, and for maximum energy mix up to 2 scoops with 6-8 oz. of water and drink immediately, 30-45 minutes before training.* DO NOT take more than 2 level scoops in one day.
NOTE: Do not combine with alcohol. Consume as part of a healthy diet, and drink at least 100 oz. of water per day. Exercise may increase your need for fluid intake.
